Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals for asset management services for Raleigh Union Station. Currently, Raleigh Union Station has completed full build-out of tenant spaces with each space under contract in addition to providing event rentals within the station. Information requested from proposers include: A detailed scope of services is provided in Section 4 of this document. Information Requested from Proposers: Scope of Management Services Scope of Accounting Services, including but not limited to, payment of invoices and rent collection. Requested contribution from the City of Raleigh to assist with asset management (maximum of $580,000). (3) three references exemplifying similar scope of services and Excellence in Standard of Care
