Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assign one principal account manager to this contract. The principal account manager is hereby identified as one of the Vendor's “key personnel”, as that term is defined in RFP Section 2.9, above. Other “key personnel” may be identified by the Vendor in the Vendor's proposal or by the parties by contract amendment; b. Assign one employee who will be the “Board Administrator” dedicated to this Board. The Board Administrator is hereby identified as one of the Vendor's “key personnel”, as that term is defined in RFP Section 2.9, above. Other “key personnel” may be identified by the Vendor in the Vendor's proposal or by the parties by contract amendment; c. Maintain an office in Wake County that is open to the public and physically accessible to the public, to house the Board’s operation to include an office facility with adequate space for the assigned staff, files, equipment, in-house storage, and off-site storage. A conference room must be available for meetings of the Board committees, auditor, or Board attorney. The conference room must hold at least ten (10) people. d. Staff the office from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM each State Business Day;
