Awarded Contractor shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFP and more particularly described in this Section 4. Purpose: The primary objective is to provide armed security services at Moore Square Park. The primary focus is to ensure the safety of the community and City of Raleigh PRCR staff. Service Description: The contractor will provide a comprehensive range of security services at Moore Square Park in downtown Raleigh, as well as regular patrols at Nash Square. Armed Security Presence: • Two Security Guards per shift will be strategically positioned to maximize coverage. Uniformed Personnel: • All Security Personnel must be uniformed and easily distinguishable in company-specific security apparel, enhancing visibility and approachability, while ensuring consistency and professionalism. Communication Accessibility: • Security Personnel will remain accessible to park staff at all times via two-way radio communication (walkie talkie, provided by Moore Square team), fostering seamless coordination and swift response. Incident Reporting: • Contractor will commit to thorough incident reporting, ensuring all noteworthy occurrences are documented promptly and accurately. Emergency Response: • In the event of an emergency, Security Personnel will respond swiftly and effectively, coordinating with local authorities as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all park patrons. Constant Patrol: • Security Personnel will conduct constant patrols throughout the Moore Square Park, including associated Martin Plaza and Nash Square, with particular attention to areas identified as having increased criminal activity. This proactive approach aims to deter potential incidents and create a secure environment for guests.
