Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Vendor to provide a fixed overall cost for the entire district for the 2024-2025 school year. Access for additional schools that may open during term may be added as needed. Vendors must note if any additional cost will be incurred in the event additional schools are added. • If vendor is proposing an alternative product to Nearpod, please indicate such in your response and attach all specifications and information in order for the review committee to compare and review. Proposal should include cost for and description of any implementation and training required for alternative product. Minimum qualifications are listed directly below. WCPSS reserves the right to determine if bidder’s functional equivalent is acceptable. Proposals submitted without the proper documentation will not be considered.
