• Provide qualified Occupational Therapist to serve as evaluators as set forth by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy • Provide qualified Psychologist to serve as evaluator as set forth by the North Carolina Psychology Board • Provide qualified SLP serve providers as set forth by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for SpeechLanguage Pathologists and Audiologists. • OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists must possess a current North Carolina practice license and be in good standing in accordance with their practice board • Interns or students are not to be used • If a contract is awarded, WCPSS will provide further instructions on proper procedures, protocols, and Logistics • No mileage reimbursement or travel costs will be paid by WCPSS • In order to submit for approval, within 24 hours, the vendor must have criminal background checks and sexual offender registry (SOR), information for all service providers that meet WPSS requirements • Vendor shall submit invoices monthly for actual services provided.
