Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Program: 900 All Color b. Trim Size: 9x12 c. Pages: 160 – 176 d. Submission Method: Web-based (production submission must be totally web based) i. Company must provide passwords to yearbook staff to be able to upload digital images to their website. ii. Company web site must provide storage space or cloud that hold upwards of 20,000 photos with each digital image being 300-350 DPI. iii. Company must provide production kit containing various layouts and templates that can be uploaded through the production online program iv. Field representative is available to assist staff with layout creation. v. Graduating senior digital portraits of 1600 x 1200 DPI will be provided to field representative for plant upload. Other portraits style images will provide to the field representative on CD for plant uploading. vi. Company must provide various book cover designs (Hard copies and website design Copies) and provide layout artist to assist in designing yearbook cover. vii. Company must plant representative to proof read and assist in designing yearbook pages, looking for layout errors such as, but not limited to, photo/copy bleed off pages; ghost images, text, boxes within layouts; unusual spelling of names; grammar; and when photos exceed acceptable DPI. viii. Company will provide high resolution pdf files that can be saved and emailed. ix. Company will release any requested page(s) back to university for correcting at no charge, limit or no time restrictions. x. Company web-based design software must provide access to online fonts and hard back book fonts to use throughout yearbook. xi. Company will provide web-based graphics and hard back Graphics book designs. e. Cover styles: Vista Lithography, Debossing/Embossing, Silkscreening, Metallay, Foil Stamping, Fusion.
