Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide all branded promotional merchandise or “swag” for all citywide needs • Select merchandise with COR that is of high quality, value and also sustainable / responsible from an environmental standpoint • Brand management – ability to understand and follow brand guidelines and trademark rules, and apply correctly to items, including both corporate (full color) and sub brands (black or white) • Online storefront – ability to build an organized online storefront that integrates / is a pop out from City of Raleigh’s “RPOD” market hosted by Jaggaer (the City’s eProcurement punchout catalog application), with corporate and sub brand sections • Invoicing, shipping – ability to invoice each department or office separately, send items in bulk to COR locations and /or to individual offices as needed
