Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bidder shall provide quarterly septic system inspection services for the following City of Greensboro Parks and Recreation facility: Keeley Park 4100, 4110, 4150 Keeley Road McLeansville, NC 27301 Four (4) pumps, control panels, and pump tanks Two (2) septic fields Map is attached. Quarterly inspection services Keeley Park septic system will be in accordance to Guilford County Health Department and North Carolina requirements for Type V(b) Flow Equalization septic system inspection. OPERATOR IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE (ORC) REQUIREMENTS - Subsurface Wastewater Operator certification. - Documented experience and extensive knowledge of Type V(b) Flow Equalization septic system and the control panel. - Responsible for sending quarterly inspection reports to health department. - Responsible for sending quarterly inspection reports and invoice to Park Manager.
