Specifications include, but are not limited to: Primary Internet circuit – The selected ISP will provide 2 Gbps x 2 Gbps (upload and download speed) primary internet service line delivered via fiber to Raleigh Convention Center. Back-up Internet circuit – The selected ISP will provide a backup internet service line delivered to either RCC or MMCPA over separate fiber and network infrastructure from the primary line. The backup line will have a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbps x 1 Gbps. The primary and backup circuits must have independent physical paths between RCC/MMCPA and the ISP s facilities. Addresses – The selected ISP will provide at least three public static IPV4 subnets as part of their service offering. Two of these subnets should be /29 or greater in size. One subnet must be /27 or greater in size. Failover – The selected ISP will establish and maintain automatic immediate failover from primary to secondary using the same IP addresses in the event of an outage on the primary line. Scalability – The selected ISP will have the ability to provide on-demand bandwidth increases at pre-determined prices to accommodate exhibitions, events, and performances with high bandwidth requirements. Bandwidth will be able to be increased in 1 Gbps increments up to a total speed of 5 Gbps x 5 Gbps in 1 Gb increments on a short-term agreement (by the day or week). Service upgrades will be installed and available no later than 5 business days from the date of the request, and additional bandwidth during such periods will be charged at a daily or weekly rate.
