Providers shall provide on-going services to tow motor vehicles in violation of criminal and certain local traffic laws ordinances. The awarded Provider will be required to tow vehicles to a designated facility identified by the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office. The Providers shall provide continuous 24-hour per day on-call service each day of the year for the purpose of receiving calls, dispatching upon receiving calls and for receiving and releasing stored vehicles or other access to any such vehicle by the owner or operator. Upon receiving any call, a response must be provided to the site of the needed wrecker service or to the storage lot, within an average of thirty (30) minutes after being called by the Sherriff’s Office or Guilford Metro 911 Communications Center.
