Specifications include, but are not limited to: The applicant will conduct farming operations on the specified tract of land. These farming operations will consist of accepted agricultural practices and follow accepted best management practices. The applicant will also undertake general maintenance of the leased property. General maintenance would include mowing and spraying, grading and/or scraping paths, and keeping the property in accessible condition. The applicant will be responsible for repairing any damage to the entrance of the property if such damage is the result of the bidding party’s actions. Details regarding damage repair will be detailed in the formal lease agreement. The applicant will be responsible for complying with any erosion control requirements as specified by the Warren County Soil and Water District.
