Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inventorying existing data • Identifying new data sources to fill in any gaps in information • Compiling data and analyzing key trends in the topic areas outlined below o Working with City staff to: Develop public-facing dashboards of key metrics and trends for specific topics o Create a data management and dashboard maintenance plan The data compiled as part of this effort will support Raleigh’s broader racial equity and environmental sustainability goals. Specific content will include: • A demographic profile of the City of Raleigh • A residential market analysis including a profile of housing stock and a focused analysis of housing trends • A non-residential market analysis, including trends in office, commercial, and industrial uses • An inventory of environmental resources • Existing and planned multimodal connectivity and travel behavior • Information on the provision of public utilities • An inventory of city parks, community centers, and other recreational facilities • Information on other community facilities including schools, solid waste collection, police, and fire • A brief summary of the city’s history, historic assets, and resources for preservation
