Online Platform Setup & Customization • Design & Branding: Develop a customized web interface reflecting client branding and design specifications. • Program Configuration: Develop and implement online Raleigh Rainwater Rewards application processes, participant and project data management, online applicant intake interface, and publicly accessible program information unique to specific properties. • User Roles: Define access levels for administrators, participants, and view-only. • Onboarding & Orientation: Proposer shall provide City staff with training and written guidance on platform interface and online program management. • Program Database Setup: Proposer shall securely host the Raleigh Rainwater Rewards program’s historical data in the cloud. If the contract is terminated, all data will be transferred back to the City. • Assessment of Needs, Workflows & Data: Proposer will assess historic data and workflows, then integrate their software and deliverables into existing Raleigh Rainwater Rewards dataset and processes with guidance from City staff. • Customizations: Custom features shall be developed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program processes throughout the duration of the contract period including, but not limited to, digitizing hard-copy project applications and cost-share forms to allow for direct electronic submission of data to program database without administrative effort by staff...
