The project scope consists of relocating the existing John O. Harris Broadcast Studio from the Bailey Allied Health and Science Center to the approximately 1,600 SF first floor space of the Jack Hunt Campus Center. The project will include renovating an existing space with new partitioning, finishes, acoustical treatments, renovated offices, control room, a new interior storefront entry, and building services redistribution. Alternate #1: Provide pricing for the delivery and installation of performance light rigging as shown in the drawings and specifications. Alternate #2: Provide pricing for the delivery and installation of performance lighting as shown in the drawings and specifications. Work identified as alternates shall be provided by a theater systems integrator.
