Vendor is to provide all vending machines for either snacks, drinks or both as specified under locations. 2. Vendor is to provide all supplementary equipment including microwave ovens, grills and bill changers, as specified under locations. 3. Vendor is to provide updated, fully functional and dependable equipment in a uniform color scheme and most modern designs. To avoid out-of-stock conditions, install audit capable software to monitor inventory levels, product usage, and history if available. 4. Vendor is to provide equipment of a type approved by the State of North Carolina, the National Sanitation Foundation, National Automatic Merchandising Association and meet all local code requirements. 5. Vendor is to provide full maintenance on all equipment throughout the life of the agreement and keep equipment in good operating condition, satisfactory to the management, and free and clear of liens, mortgages and encumbrances. Vendor shall provide updated audit electronics on machines. 6. Vendor is to provide a listing of available products to the City’s Designated Contact. Products will be selected at the vendor’s discretion; however, the City reserves the right to make selections of specific items. Machines offering a product mix (Coke and Pepsi) will be preferred at some sites. Drink vendors are to specify if they are able to provide single drink machines stocked with both products.
