Mecklenburg County is seeking Bids/Proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Property Appraisal Sketch Verification Tool to allow for the comparison of our current data files versus the actual structures on the ground. Below is the County’s six (6) process to ensure all parcels have been verified. During revaluation years, no parcel changes will be made or accepted. • 6 Phase Parcel Data Capture o Phase 1 – Year 2026 Year 2027 Revaluation – no parcel data changes o Phase 2 – 2028 o Phase 3 – 2029 o Phase 4 – 2030 Year 2031 Revaluation – no parcel data changes o Phase 5 – 2032 o Phase 6 - 2033 • Respondents must provide a solution for aerial photography comparisons with current property data sketches. Property types involved are including, but not limited to: o Residential – Single Family, Town Homes, Condominiums o Multifamily — Apartments, Student Housing and Assisted Living/Elderly Homes o Retail — Community, Neighborhood, Power, Regional, Specialty, Strip, Pharmacies, Big Box, Restaurant/Fast Food and Supermarket, Convenience Stores o Office — High-rise & Traditional A, B and C class office space and Medical office space o Industrial — Warehouse, Flex, All types of Mini-storage, Cold-storage, Distribution and Mega Warehouse o Hospitality — Full Service, Limited Service and Extended Stay Hotels o Parking Garages
