Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is in need of resurfacing, and painting for all tennis courts located at Lake Lynn Park (4 tennis courts), East Gate Park (3 tennis courts), Kentwood Park (4 tennis courts), Pullen Park (6 tennis courts), Fred Fletcher Park (2 tennis courts) and Roberts Park (2 tennis courts). The work includes the repair of all cracks, removal of all loose surfacing, spraying all cracks, dings or depressions with patching material and application of acrylic resurfacer applied at manufacturer’s rate (not diluted). The contractor is to provide color resurfacer following the manufacturer’s directions and application rates. It is desired that the work be started as early as possible at the courts where most damage has occurred. The contractor will layout and tape the lines in accordance with USTA standards. The contractor will clean the net posts, sand them and re-paint them with a black Rustoleum paint product and reset them when completely dry. The contractor will dispose of all work related debris and leave the courts in a condition that is ready for use.
