A. Program Strategy and Project Selection Framework – Provide alternative delivery expertise to support the City in creating a transportation project delivery method and project selection matrix to support future package development for similar delivery methods. B. Owner Advisor Assignment Administration – Provide setup and controls required to manage authorized Owner Advisor services generally consisting of scope management, schedule management, budget management, quality management, risk management, resource management, communications management, and records management. Advisor will: a. Facilitate monthly status meetings with City throughout all phases of developing and administering alternative delivery of construction projects, including preparing and submitting meeting summaries to the City project manager. Consultant or City project manager shall schedule meetings. City’s project manager reserves the right to cancel or request additional meetings as deemed necessary. b. Prepare monthly status reports throughout all phases of developing and administering alternative delivery of construction projects that summarizes work completed and percent complete for the current month and work scheduled for upcoming month. Consultant shall make all plans and related work available for review and examination by City. c. Coordinate work with City on an as needed basis, at least weekly, with City project manager.
