The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a five-year full-service lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 1,000 -2,500 usable square feet of furnished apartment space located within Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The space shall house four persons be move-in ready by September 1, 2024. The property should also have all public utilities and municipal services available, good access and visibility, and be in compliance with all State and local environmental laws and regulations, along with all safety and security standards set forth in the lease. Must use Government Lease.
