Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Services for Unarmed, Uniformed, Security Services at UNC Charlotte,Center City Building:The contracted private security company will provide adequately trained and a sufficient numberof security guards to perform the security tasks and responsibilities for UNC Charlotte, CenterCity Building management, specifically:· Security guard service hours per property as per schedule provided· Security guards will be properly trained and equipped to deter crime, observe and reportall incidents to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department and the UNC CharlottePolice Department· Monitor CCTV, Fire/Life/Safety alarms and provide response as required· Provide Security/Fire/Life Safety patrol tours of building and parking areas as agreed(optional)· Report janitorial, trash, broken landscape sprinklers, vandalism, abandoned vehicles,graffiti, etc... issues for remediation· Support and enforce UNC Charlotte, Center City Building identification and Lenel accesscontrol of pedestrian, vehicular and ingress/egress systems as required
