Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of North Carolina School of the Arts (hereinafter referred to as UNCSA) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Virtual Bookstore and Marketplace. UNCSA is committed to providing textbooks and course materials through creative and innovative technology with the primary goal of reducing costs for students. Elements of a Virtual Bookstore servicing UNCSA will include, but not be limited to, the following: • Supporting the academic mission of UNCSA by providing efficient and effective online textbook and course material services to students and faculty, including online buyback and online adoptions. • Providing easy access for online textbooks and course materials. • Develop effective communication and coordination with designated UNCSA personnel regarding textbook and course material adoptions. • Providing excellent customer service, including minimizing delivery time for online purchases and ensuring efficient online processing of all transactions (e.g. textbook ordering, buyback, etc.).
