Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The designer will set up an initial kickoff meeting with staff to begin the process and collect ideas regarding the dashboard and StoryMap’s design and functionality. Department staff will provide the designer with a list of display metrics that will be included within the dashboard and the initial dataset to be input. • The designer will set up regular meetings to update staff on the design process and receive feedback on design and functionality components. • The designer will deliver a complete and functioning dashboard and StoryMap to staff on time that encompasses all the required components that have been agreed upon with staff during the initial and regular meetings. • The designer will lead a workshop with staff and their transportation partners in which the designer will explain how to effectively use the dashboard and StoryMap, including how updates are made and how partners submit progress reports through the secondary platform.
