Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The content management system must be browser-based so the backend can be accessed by trained content managers without having to download or purchase any additional software. • Key Third-party Integrations o Google Analytics, Maps, and Tag Manager o Everbridge (emergency notifications) o Granicus (newsletters, email subscriptions, and agenda software) o LaserFiche (Webforms) o Monsido (website health and accessibility compliance) • Feeds to help us manage content that changes frequently in one place, but have the ability to display it in multiple places with appropriate taxonomy, such as: o News and press releases o Events and calendars with registration system • Development of a website governance framework that includes content approvals and common lexicon. • Capability to maintain an archive of existing and past records such as agendas, minutes, press releases, newsletters, etc. • Customizable 404 Error page. • Ownership of the website design and all content must be transferred to Union County Government upon completion of the project.
