This project will repair an existing ~2,200 SF block latrine building constructed in the early 1990s. Repairs and improvements included in this design: • Replace roof shingles with standing seam metal, replace exterior doors, add a 4' concrete apron around perimeter of building • Replace water heaters with on demand propane hot water heaters, commercial toilets/urinals, shower mixing valves, and shower heads, replumb as necessary • Update to LED lighting throughout • Analyze and determine solutions for dehumidifiers, ventilation system, HVAC needs • Replace sinks/countertops, hand dryers, paper towel and soap dispensers • Add partitions between shower stalls, replace partitions between toilets • Paint interior walls and floors
