Description

The Town of Apex (Town) is conducting a qualification-based selection process for a consultant to develop a comprehensive stormwater database to store information related to the NPDES Phase II six (6) minimum control measures (MCMs) including oversight of over 440 Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) approved within the Town. The Town is also seeking to develop a separate drainage investigations database to assess and prioritize potential drainage improvement projects. Currently all of this information is tracked on multiple Excel spreadsheets and that system is both cumbersome and outdated. Interested firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) package for consideration no later than 12:00 PM on January 29, 2021.
