PURCHASE DESCRIPTION: The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase with the Intended Source to provide: Eight statewide Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) trainings. One training shall be held in person in each of the eight State’s Human Service Center regions and shall include QPR resources for attendees. 24 virtual behavioral health webinars (60-90 minutes each). Webinars shall focus on information and education of mental health conditions. All technology shall be provided by Intended Source. Webinars shall be recorded and edited for future use by State. 16 in-person behavioral health education presentations in rural areas. Two presentations must be conducted in each of the eight State’s Human Service Center regions.
