The 27 SOW at Cannon AFB, NM is requesting price lists for a potential Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW FAR 13.303 for Equine Therapy. The following items will be looked at for qualifications.
Criteria:
- This requirement shall be performed no closer than 74 miles from Cannon AFB and no further than 150 miles
- 5-7 miles of trail-riding per occurance
- Proof of equine therapy experience
- 1 to 1 ratio of horses to attendees (typically 24 individuals)
- Able to seat 30 personnel in a sheltered area
- Minimum of 3 trained staff
