OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Architect-Engineer services to complete the below scope of work. The place of performance will be the hospital campus of the Hampton VA Medical Center. Forward all questions to the point of contact identified below. SCOPE OF WORK Architect/Engineer (A/E): The Contractor will perform all professional A/E services necessary to provide design and construction period services for project 590-25-200 Campus Historical Preservation. The project requires the A/E to renovate 51,808sf of space in building 27 as well as the building exterior in accordance with historical preservation guidelines. Work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, telecommunication, fire protection and plumbing engineering along with historical preservation requirements. Building occupants and furnishings are to be moved into temporary trailers (or other locations on campus) and back into building 27 by the construction contractor.
