* Demolition of the structures at 221 Pike Street (79.14-1-45) including accessory structures, garages, sheds on site. * Protection of existing adjacent structures and property. * Entire removal of existing foundations, foundation walls and basement floor, if any, including accessory private sidewalks, driveways, fences, certain vegetation as required. * Removal from site of all excess debris. * Protection of existing trees, public sidewalks, signs, utilities and other items that are to remain as required. * Obtaining all required permits and paying of all fees. * Disconnecting, capping and sealing of existing sanitary service in accordance with instructions from the City’s Plumbing Inspector, James Balzer, (716) 366-9835. * Backfilling and compacting of basement areas, etc. * Notifying all utilities prior to demolition to disconnect services before demolition.
