Request For Information - Sources Sought Notice Healthcare Identity Management (HCIdM) Support Contracting Opportunities Notice: 36C77624Q0203 I. Introduction: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes this request is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting market research and is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government with identifying potential sources that are interested in, and capable of, support work within the Healthcare Identity Management (HC IdM) program. Tasks include identifying and resolving data discrepancies, anomalies, and exceptions in the program; completing data verification/validation resolution activities; duplicate record resolutions; and daily/monthly HC IdM Contract Workload Metrics Reports containing statistics relating to the HC IdM Program workload. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 518210 Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services. The small Business size standard is $40.0 million. Pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research, the purpose of this notice is to determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists and to determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service. Pursuant to FAR Part 6 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action.
