The selected firm/company will need to possess and demonstrate the following required security services: 1. Contractor shall provide unarmed uniformed security services in and around the Navajo Nation Fair properties. 2. Contract security personnel will provide a variety of services, implementing the DNR/Navajo Nation Fair Office’s security objectives according to policies and procedures, which may include, but are not limited to, the following general tasks: entry and egress from the fair ground premises, access control, and roving patrol services of all areas. 3. Contractor shall ensure hiring, training, and management of motivated and professional employees that meet or exceed both Contractor's and DNR/Navajo Nation Fair Office standards. 4. The Contractor is responsible for the daily personal appearance of security personnel. Contractor shall provide seasonal uniforms and weather-appropriate protective clothing necessary to support continuous performance of contract requirements. 5. The Contractor shall administer all cost accounting and billing relative to this contract. 6. This project includes approximately 48 total hours for the of uniformed security service over the four-day event, for “Home of the Navajo” PRCA Rodeo” and 60 hours for the “77th Annual Navajo Nation Fair” five-day event allocated at specific areas to be determined, including but not limited to parking, ticketing, rodeo grounds activity, and other events.
