The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Rock Island District is soliciting Capability and/or Product Statements from all qualified and interested Small Businesses to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources.
The requirement is part of the USACE National Flood Fight Materiel Center, the Rock Island District is seeking logistics companies or any providers that are capable of emergency transportation, capable of delivering flood fight supplies and equipment on an ad hoc or just-in-time basis.
The Government seeks contractors with the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements to submit Capability and/or Product Statements consisting of appropriate technical information, documentation, literature, brochures, and past performance references.

The Capabilities and/or Product Statements for this Sources Sought is not expected to be a proposal but, rather short statements regarding the company's ability to demonstrate existing expertise and experience in relation to the areas specified. Submission of a Capabilities and/or Product Statements is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings but, participation will assist the Government in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow up information. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or to provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
