The Rutherford County Board of Education intends, by this bid, to purchase “Travel Accommodations” for Thurman Francis Arts Academy School to Washington, D.C. Trip date of departure will be May 12, 2025 leaving Thurman Francis School at approximately 7:00 a.m. and returning to school at approximately 7:00 pm on May 16, 2025.
