CB Maximum Rentable Sq. Ft.: 39,216 Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 34,985 Space Type: Medical Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): 300 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Occupancy Required By: 4/1/2025 The U.S. Government currently occupies Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Lab Services, Imaging Services, Eye Care, Cardiology, Pharmacy, and administration services and related space in a building under a lease in Appleton, WI. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 300 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be multi-floor with working elevators and ADA compliant.
