Page 2 of 2 SOURCES SOUGHT The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 44 surface Parking Spaces in Lake City, Florida for use as off-site Parking for Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Gainesville Florida.  A lease of up to 10 Years will be considered.  The off-site parking space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2025.  Space within or bordering/facing the following boundaries will be considered:  North: SW Baya Drive South: SE Pine Drive East: SE Church Ave West: SW Alachua Ave.  A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
