SOURCES SOUGHT/RFI DESCRIPTION This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice / RFI only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice / RFI is to gain information about potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing (size standard of 1,000 employees). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice / RFI, further RFIs and/or a solicitation or other announcements may be published. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 22 is seeking a contractor to provide Vantage Series Tabletop Unit Dose Packager by Cadet or Equivalent for the Loma Linda VAMC, Loma Linda, CA. The prospective contractor must be able to provide supplies that meet or exceed the following requirements: Salient Characteristics (Requirements) Must function as a unit dose packager for oral solids. Must accommodate variable package lengths while maintaining the standard package size of 1.5" L x 2.0" W. Must have packaging speed of 60 units per minute or higher. Must come with all the parts needed for complete operation, such as cables, accessories for varying package lengths, a stainless-steel tabletop, USB ports, a touch pad control panel, and password-protected access. Must work with 115 VAC and 50 Hz. Must have liner and 2D barcoding. Must print at 300 dots or more per inch. Must have Windows TrueType fonts and Tall-man lettering. Must provide customizable report management. Must deliver a full computer system, complete with monitor and software installed. Must provide free daily technical support Must offer an option to establish annual service agreements which includes one (1) on-site routine maintenance. Must provide on-site Installation and training Must be able to convert UPC to NDC. Must provide Periodic update of drug databases (FDA, FDB, and/or other comparable databases) using a USB drive or disc. Must have a depth of no more than two feet and a width of no more than forty-eight inches, when fully installed. Does your company have a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) GSA/NAC/SAC/BPA/NASA SEWP or any other Federal Government contract? If so, please provide the contract number(s). If you are an FSS GSA/NAC/SAC/BPA/NASA SEWP or any other Federal Government contract holder, are all the items/solutions you are providing information about available on your schedule/contract? Please state if all or some items are available on the contract. General pricing of your products/solution is encouraged. Pricing will be used for the purpose of market research only.
