Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) is seeking mental and behavioral health crisis intervention services at our various locations but the primary need for service is at the 4071 E. Main St. location. The 4071 E. Main St. location is the front door of the agency and at times youth are in need of targeted services while awaiting determination on their individualized plan, including but not limited to, de-escalation, one to one behavior stabilization, and assessment.
