Heat Pump #5 Replacement
Existing:  Mammoth WS Heat Pump F072HHF1 (serial #93G174383)

Scope of Work:

This project will include the removal and disposal of the existing Mammoth water source heat pump located above the ceiling at this facility. Furnish and install one 6-ton capacity, 208/230V 3 Phase Electric water source heat pump in its place. Acceptable manufacturers are Daikin or Water Furnace.

This project will include the removal and reinstallation of the existing ceiling grid. This project will include all required permitting, duct work, line voltage electrical, low voltage control wiring, removal and reinstallation of duct smoke detector (fire alarm work by other), support materials, water loop connections and condensate drain line connection.

Upon completion of the installation vendor will provide a complete system start-up and inspection of the new system to ensure proper operation to include both heating and cooling functions and to honor equipment warranty. This project will be completed after regular business hours at overtime rates. Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) will move any furniture or equipment to facilitate access to the unit prior to the work starting. FCCS will provide access to all required spaces to complete the work.
