1. General Overview It is the intent of these specifications to describe a four-wheel-drive truck chassis rated at a minimum of 19,000 pounds GVW with a heavy-duty flatbed, poly hopper spreader system, and snowplow. The truck shall be fully equipped to support municipal operations, including winter road maintenance. Bidders shall provide new and unused equipment meeting the specifications outlined below. Any deviations must be clearly documented in the bid response. 2.
