1. 4. SPECIFICATIONS: This project includes these three printed items, stuffed, and sealed. (30,000) Bill Stamp, (30,000) Insert Card, & (30,000) Envelopes. The Stamp Bill is one sided, full bleed, full color, on permanent adhesive backed stock. There is no dry gum backing per this project. The Insert Card is one-sided, no bleed, one color tag stock. The Envelope is one color with no bleed featuring unique numbering. Printer shall insert a stamp and insert card into an envelope and seal. See details below: A. BILL/STAMP: i. SIZE: 6.125in x 2.625in ii. STOCK: White / 100# Text / gloss coated / adhesive backed iii. PRESSWORK: Full color / full bleed / stochastic offset printing (sheetfed) or high resolution digital printing (250 dpi min.) iv. KISS CUT: All stamp bills shall have a straight kiss cut at a 90 degree angle on two sides the stamp portion (See Exhibit). B. INSERT CARD: i. SIZE: 6.5in x 3.5in ii. STOCK: White / coated or uncoated / 110# Tag or equivalent / 82 Brightness or higher iii. PRESSWORK: One sided / one color (k) / no bleed C. ENVELOPE: For this bid, the envelope printing will not be considered presswork and open to subcontracting i. SIZE: 3.875in x 7.5in (#7 ¾ commercial envelope) ii. STOCK: Monarch or White / 70# dull / standard coated text (matte, satin, or velvet) / with sealable flap iii. PRESSWORK: One sided / full color / no bleed / consecutive numbering (k) / No letterpress or flexographic printing iv. NUMBERING: 5-digit / Black ink / Start 00001 end 30000 / Must meet USPS mailing location regulations D. INSERTING: Vendor is to insert one Stamp and one Insert Card into one Envelope. All envelopes are to be inserted and sealed. NO empty envelopes. NO envelopes without number. The vendor will make reasonable efforts to ensure that every envelope delivered will have one stamp and one insert card within each envelope. E. SUPPLIED TO VENDOR: Final artwork contains raster and vector graphics and shall be provided to the vendor as a print quality pdf via email or vendor ftp site.
