Description of work: Vendor will assist the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections ("CCBOE") by providing 1 armed and uniformed off duty law enforcement officer for security services at the CCBOE Halle Warehouse. This assignment will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 and ending on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The security schedule is provided on the next tab of this spreadsheet. Assignment will be indoors. Responsibilities: • Monitoring employee in and out traffic • Ensuring Cuyahoga County employees entering the building have Cuyahoga County badges • Maintaining a log of visitors entering the building (CCBOE will provide materials) • Documenting and reporting any incidents to the CCBOE (contact info will be provided) • Working with Cuyahoga County Protective Services as needed • Other duties as required Assignment will be indoors. Written instructions for the officers will be provided by the CCBOE prior to the start of the services. The vendor may use different officers throughout the duration of this assignment, however the vendor shall provide no more than one officer in a single day.
