Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Grove City Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals to operate concessions at the following City facilities: (1) Windsor Park, 4333 Dudley Ave., Grove City, Ohio Facility: 387 square feet of floor space, attached 85 square feet of storage space and 50 square feet of prep counter area, 15 foot serving counter, and window area. A commercial 3-basin sink and a separate hand washing station, interior air conditioner, and exhaust fan. Operational availability: mid-April to mid-October with “fringe” season availability dependent on weather Hours of operation: 18:00 to 22:00 during Grove City League scheduled play. Operation is required during Grove City League play and any scheduled tournaments. Concessionaires can negotiate directly with field renters during non-tournament play for additional hours of operation. (2) The Big Splash at Evans Park, 2831 Southwest Blvd., Grove City, Ohio Facility: 464 square feet of floor space with 98.6 sq. ft. cabinet space and 60 sq. ft. of counter area. A 3-basin sink, and mop sink are also provided, along with a ceiling fan, interior air conditioning unit, water heater, and ice maker.
