Columbus Public Health (CPH) seeks to contract with a vendor to provide comprehensive workforce recruiting consulting services to assess, enhance and optimize the current recruiting practices and processes. This engagement will include the evaluation of current recruitment strategies, the development of analytical measurement tools, executive search services and recruitment solutions, as well as support in developing and recommending best practices for onboarding and re-boarding of recently promoted individuals. The consulting services will be aimed at improving the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and inclusivity of the recruiting process while aligning with the organization's long-term workforce strategy.
