The Public Safety Department at Columbus Regional Airport Authority (CRAA) requires Consulting Services for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), and associated Records Management System (RMS) and Mobile Dispatch Applications. . The current application requires updates to meet increased functional business needs. CRAA intends to replace the current system to support CRAA’s public safety functions, including the operation of a 911 center and related police and fire dispatch associated with the property owned by CRAA and the operation of two commercial airports. CRAA is seeking an industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide support throughout its procurement process aimed at selecting a replacement CAD system to ensure that all systems are effectively covered.
