Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Farmer’s Use of Premises A. Vehicles and Parking: i. Farmer's vehicles, vehicles belonging to employees of the Farmer, and all other vehicles entering upon Great Parks’ property in performance of all farming work, are to use only the Access Route approved by Great Parks as identified on the details of each field. ii. Do not permit such vehicles to park on any road, street, or other area of Great Parks’ property except in the area approved by Great Parks. iii. All farm equipment that needs to cross the bike trail shall cross at the concrete crossings that have been provided for that purpose. B. Farmer(s) are to repair any damage to roadways, bike trails, or other park facilities caused by their equipment or personnel at no cost to Great Parks. C. Security: i. Farmers will restrict the access of all persons entering upon Great Parks’ property in connection with the Farming work to the Access Route and to the actual site of the Farming work. ii. Great Parks is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, etc. to their farming equipment, crops or farming materials. iii. Farmer will notify the Park Rangers of any early morning or late-night farming work by calling the dispatcher at 513-521-3980.
