Specifications include, but are not limited to: Many of the Divisions within the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) have expressed an interest in online sales of products and services. ODNR would like to engage a third-party vendor to provide an e-commerce solution of online sales of ODNR products and services.; Ability to offer products from multiple ODNR divisions in single storefront and managed independently by division as a substore.; Ability to assign Admin users to one or more sub-storefronts, i.e., role base authorization.; Ability to allow user account or Guest checkout; Ability to authenticate with OH|ID (application will consume the assertion or token provided by the IOP SAML provider or OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider.) This would allow the user to have a profile and keep track of their purchases if desired.; Ability to configure shipping cost by product; Ability to list items as “free”; Ability to apply promo codes to individual items &/or products.; Ability to calculate sales tax; Ability to manage and track inventory based on Point of Sale (POS); Ability to allow customers to search for items and add them into a shopping cart.
