City of Columbus needs to obtain hardware and installation of listed items. These items shall be installed on City of Columbus provided 2024 Ford Transit Cargo mid roof with a wheelbase of 148’. The following features and installation are required: 1. Provide equipment and installation for 2 city of Columbus vehicles with the following items or approved equivalent. 2. One (1) Adrian Steel folding shelving unit 60”wide x 2”high x 20”deep or approved equivalent installed on driver side of cargo area. Part # FSFK2060 3. One (1) Adrian Steel folding shelving unit 48” wide x 2”h x 20” deep or approved equivalent installed on driver side of cargo area. Part # FSFK2048 4. One (1) Adrian Steel folding shelf upright add on kit or approved equivalent installed on driver side of cargo area. Part# FSFPKMHA 5. One (1) Adrian Steel folding shelf upright kit or approved equivalent installed on driver side of cargo area. Part# FSFPKMH 6. One (1) Adrian Steel folding shelf mount kit or approved equivalent. Part# FSFMKFT 7. One (1) Adrian Steel add on fold up shelving mount kit or approved equivalent. Part# FSFMKFTA 8. Trailer brake controller mounted on dash near driver easily accessible. 9. One (1) step that mounts inside hitch receiver minimum 27” wide. 10.Two (2) Adrian Steel grab handles for Transit or approved equivalent installed on rear cargo entry. Part # GHFT 11.Pickup and delivery of the vehicle shall be included in the bid and will be arranged from City of Columbus Fleet Management at 4211 Groves Rd. Columbus OH 43232. The City of Columbus would prefer that all parts and service manuals be supplied on CD-ROM or digital memory storage device.
