Specifications include, but are not limited to: Promote the importance of improving Human Capital Management Systems in education Move beyond isolated policies and actions to a comprehensive approach to human capital management Help all educators recognize their responsibilities as Human Capital leaders To ensure in Ohio, each child is challenged, prepared, and empowered. Partner with the Human Capital Advisory Team to continue and expand networking opportunities across the state within local districts and schools to strengthen human capital practices. Maintain the Human Capital Resource Center (HCRC) Develop communications and marketing materials to promote the HCRC website, available resources, and professional learning opportunities. Develop and facilitate Human Capital trainings Facilitate a train-the-trainer which includes HCRC utilization and participant recruitment Facilitate annual human capital professional learning cohorts Development of an online learning series Assist the Department in how to obtain educator vacancy data.
