Statement of Need, the City of North Canton is requesting proposals for benefits consulting services related to: 1. Prepare annual renewal, evaluate responses and assist in competitive selection process for plan carriers, underwriters of insured plans, individual and aggregate stop loss coverage. 2. Assist with problem resolution between employer and contracted service providers. 3. Provide ongoing State-specific and Federal legislative compliance updates relating to the City’s insurance plans. 4. Provide proactive client services, including quality responsiveness to inquiries and requests for assistance. 5. Provide for an efficient transition from one service provider to another and also, if applicable, from one benefit consultant to another
