Project Description • 30th St NW Reconstruction Phase 1 GP 1488 –The work will include detailed design roadway reconstruction with curbs, sidewalks, drive approaches, storm sewer adjustments as required, possible water line replacement, and other related improvements. Overall 30th St NW Reconstruction project is to be designed in phases to accommodate available funding, this will be Phase 1. Professional Services Needed The scope of services may include, but are not limited to: • Survey • Plan & profile development • Cross sections • Construction details • General & technical notes/specifications • Easement development • Coordination with utilities and other reviewing agencies as needed • Engineering estimates • Ohio EPA PTI submittals • Project Site Plan and/or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan development • Ohio EPA Notice of Intent (NOI)/Stormwater General Construction Permit Submittals • Other service as necessar
